HemingfordHub is a community initiative run by local people, offering support and friendship for the elderly, parents who may be struggling, those with disabilities and anyone wanting a little company.
Here you can find information and advice about activities and assistance with things like shopping, prescriptions, dog walking and help at home by registering yourself or someone you know for support.
